If you check Shop Disney, Onward merchandise has finally been released.
The merchandise will likely hit other stores today as well. If not today in the near future.

Judging by the Van still being in the merchandise line-up, I’m assuming that either the injunction was unsuccessful or an agreement was reached with the vanicorn artist.
