Universal Orlando fans, there is a new entertainment option coming to CityWalk! The new location comes from country music superstar Luke Combs in partnership with Opry Entertainment Group. It has been announced that plans are underway for a big three-story Category 10 venue to open in CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort in late 2027.
The upcoming location will mark the third Category 10 venue. The flagship venue opened in Nashville in 2024, and a second location is planned to debut in Las Vegas this fall. All three locations will be operated in partnership between Combs and Opry Entertainment Group.
It will be a pretty large addition
The new facility will be approximately 33,000 square feet, spread across three floors. It will provide live music, food, and entertainment all inspired by Combs’ music and “personal passions”.
Combs offered this statement about the new location,
“I know Orlando is a worldwide destination spot, so I’m super pumped and humbled that we’re getting to open a location there. My wife is from Florida, so we’re both super excited about this. I am glad to be bringing our brand of first-class service and awesome tunes to the Sunshine State.”
Groundbreaking for the CityWalk project is expected to take place in summer 2026, and additional details about the build-out and offerings will be shared in the coming months.
