Twix’s Hallowmas contest pays $10,000 to one grand-prize winner and $5,000 each for the best Hallowmas spirit and best Zombie Claus look-alike. Entries close Nov. 8.
Twix is doing Hallowmas again.
That’s the candy brand’s made-up mashup of Halloween and Christmas, and its mascot is Zombie Claus. He’s Santa, except a zombie bit him, and he kept working anyway.
Year two comes with cash. The Twix Hallowmas Rewards Contest opened Monday, Oct. 5, and runs through 11:59 p.m. ET Sunday, Nov. 8, with $20,000 in prize money and a pile of candy on top, according to the contest’s official rules.
How do you enter the Twix Hallowmas contest?
Go to Twix.com/hallowmas, pick one of two categories and upload a photo or a video up to 30 seconds long:
-
Most Hallowmas Spirit: decor, food, a party, anything that mixes “fear and cheer”
-
Best Zombie Claus Look-Alike: your best undead Santa
You also have to say what “two is more than one” means to you. It’s a Twix line, and a nod to the two bars in every pack.
No purchase is necessary, and your entry doesn’t have to show a Twix. You need to be 18 or older and a legal resident of the 50 states or Washington, D.C.
What are the Twix Hallowmas prizes?
There are three winners:
-
Grand prize: $10,000 and 200 Twix bars
-
Most Hallowmas Spirit: $5,000 and 100 Twix bars
-
Best Zombie Claus Look-Alike: $5,000 and 100 Twix bars
Twix values each candy bar at $1.57, so the grand prize’s 200 bars add about $314. The total value of all three prizes comes to $20,628, per the rules.
One heads-up. The contest page on Twix’s site lists the two category prizes at $2,500 each. The official rules, which are the legal fine print, say $5,000.
We’re going with the rules.
How are the Twix Hallowmas winners picked?
There’s no random drawing. A panel of judges scores every entry.
Hallowmas spirit counts for up to 40 points, creativity and originality for 30, and storytelling for 30. Every category entry also gets judged for the grand prize automatically, so you only have to enter once.
Winners get an email and have five days to send back their paperwork, or Twix can move on to a runner-up.
What can’t you put in your Twix Hallowmas entry?
More than you’d think. The rules ban a long list of things, including:
-
Anyone besides you in the photo or video
-
Other companies’ logos or packaging
-
Copyrighted music, photos or art
-
Celebrities, or anyone else’s name or likeness, without permission
-
Anything made with AI
So skip the AI filter. Your Zombie Claus has to be real makeup on a real face.
What are Twix Skulls?
They’re the new Halloween candy riding along with Hallowmas.
Mars announced Twix Skulls back on May 6 as part of its 2026 Halloween lineup, calling them “a new, hauntingly fun shape for the iconic cookie bar.” They come as Skull Singles and a Skull Share Size. The Twix Hallowmas page links to a 2.12-ounce Share Size pack.
Twix and Snickers Ghoulish Green are back this Halloween too.
Where can you meet Zombie Claus on Halloween?
In Brooklyn. Zombie Claus plans to walk the streets of Williamsburg on Saturday, Oct. 31, handing out Twix to trick-or-treaters, Sporked reported. Twix says it will share the details on its social channels closer to the day.
Twix first launched Hallowmas in October 2025, with limited-edition treats, a sweepstakes and a New York City pop-up starring Zombie Claus, ConfectioneryNews reported at the time.
Twix’s page says Zombie Claus is judging the entries himself. The rules mention a panel of judges, which is probably for the best.
