Spaceship Earth in EPCOT shut down for a temporary refurbishment on August 25, 2025, and Disney has announced that it will reopen exactly two months later on October 25, 2025.
We don’t yet know what has been refurbished or even changed.
Back in 2019, Disney announced sweeping changes to the attraction that were later canceled. That refurbishment was going to take months or over a year; this one was always going to be short and sweet, with little change likely.
I just wish they would change the terrible ending.
This is good news for those arriving at Walt Disney World on October 25 or later!
