Last Friday, the season finale of “The Mandalorian” aired and with it fans got the post-credit announcement of “The Book of Boba Fett” coming in December 2021.
What wasn’t clear was if “The Book of Boba Fett” would be a new series or what they were calling Season 3 of “The Mandalorian.”
Now Disney+ has clarified that it will be a new show and they gave us a logo:

In the tweet we got confirmation that this new show will again be produced by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni and Robert Rodriguez. Giving fans the team they want.
“The Book of Boba Fett” will star Temuera Morrison as the title character and Ming Na Wen as Fennec Shand.
