No one is having fun right now.
Yehaa Bob Jackson has been unceremoniously terminated from Disney’s Port Orleans Resort after 23 years of dedicated service to The Mouse.
The bad new came via a Facebook post on Jackson’s Facebook page.
Yehaa Bob Jackson recently performed from his home to entertain Disney fans during the shutdown of Walt Disney World.
And Disney thanked him by kicking him to the curb.
Jackson is yet another casualty of what seems to be severe cutting back of live entertainers in Walt Disney World. Earlier this week it was announced that The Grand Floridian Orchestra was being axed after over 30 years.
Prior to the shutdown, several entertainers in the Epcot World Showcase were also let go.
The news comes hot on the heels of news of Disney laying off over 28,000 employees due to the COVID-19 shutdown.
