The next “Descendants” movie is almost here. “Descendants: Wicked Wonderland” will be released on July 16 on the Disney Channel and the next day (July 17) on Disney+.
A synopsis of the film reads,
“Descendants: Wicked Wonderland explores the consequences of altering the timeline. Although Red and Chloe achieved a “happily ever after” by preventing the prank that turned Bridget into a villain, it created a new villain: Maddox Hatter, a ruthless Mad Hatter who seeks the clock to control time.
When Maddox kidnaps the Queen of Hearts, Red (Kylie Cantrall) and Chloe (Malia Baker) must embark on a new adventure in Wonderland. To save the Queen and the entire kingdom, the duo must team up with new allies: Pink (Red’s new sister), Luis (Luisa Madrigal’s son), and Max (Maddox’s son). The group will face the chaos caused by changes to the past, questioning whether their hard-won happy ending is worth the price reality is exacting.”
