Woman Makes runDisney History By Winning All Four Races

Brittany Charboneau from Denver, Colorado accomplished what no person has done before, she was first at all four of the runDisney Marathon Weekend events this past weekend. She completed the Dopey Challenge and “won” “the woman’s division” all the courses.

She didn’t just run the marathon, she did the 5K, the 10K, the Half-Marathon and Full Marathon and came in first in all of them. I’m so excited for her!

The story comes from Chip and Company so I want to make sure to give them credit. They even have a video with Ms. Charboneau.

She ran 48.6 miles in total! It’s impressive to win the marathon or half-marathon, but she ran these events one each day, back-to-back, and still won. It’s so impressive!

I love the runDisney events, they are definitely worth doing at least once. The 5K is untimed and family friendly. There are also virtual versions you can do at home if you want to participate but can’t get to the parks due to expense, the pandemic, or other circumstances.

You can find out more about runDisney events HERE.

I want to give a heartfelt congratulations to Brittany Charboneau!
