If you are headed down to Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando this week, you are going to want to pack warm clothes. It seems that Orlando is predicted to hit the lowest temperatures in 16 years, according to WESH.
Sunday, the forecast is expected to see lows in the mid-upper 20s. However, the wind chill could make it feel more like 12-17 degrees. The high temperature on Sunday will be in the upper 40s.
Monday, it will continue with lows in the 20s and a high in the low 50s. Again, the wind chill will make it feel much colder.
Tuesday will be a bit better with lows in the 30s and a high around 60.

Please be prepared if you are visiting the parks during this time. I would avoid Typhoon Lagoon or Volcano Bay. Currently, both parks do have hours listed for January 30 through February 2, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they are closed during this time.
Happy Groundhog Day I guess. Cold and the end of Dinosaur.
