Universal Orlando Resort Starts Selling the 2024 Military Freedom Pass

The “2024 Military Freedom Pass” for Universal Orlando Resort is on sale now, with the pass valid through December 20, 2024, with limited blockout dates. Universal Orlando Resort will also extend vacation packages and discounts for military veterans and active duty.

To honor those who serve (or served) in the United States military, Universal Orlando Resort honors active duty and retired military members with several special offers. The most significant offer involves the “2024 Military Freedom Pass.” This pass gives military personnel and their families access to Universal’s theme parks every day from now through December 20, 2024, with limited blockout dates, special vacation packages, and discounts at Universal Orlando hotels.

Members of the military and their families can enjoy more than a year of theme park thrills with the 2-Park 2024 Military Freedom Pass. This pass will be available for $210.00. Freedom Pass ticketholders will receive park-to-park access to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure, where they can experience more than 50 exciting rides and attractions. This includes the all-new Minion Land on Illumination Avenue, which features the interactive blaster game experience, Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast, and the popular new species of roller coaster, Jurassic World VelociCoaster.

The 3-Park 2024 Military Freedom Pass is also available for an additional $35. It includes admission to Universal Volcano Bay water theme park. In this tropical oasis, guests can enjoy various relaxing and thrilling experiences, including taking in the views of a 200-foot volcano while relaxing on the sands of Waturi Beach, conquering a 125-foot drop on the Ko’okiri Body Plunge, and more.

The 2024 Military Freedom Pass is now available at participating sales outlets on Military Base installations throughout the United States (valid identification required). Pass blockout dates include December 25, 2023 – January 2, 2024, and March 25 – 31, 2024. This offer cannot be purchased at the Universal Orlando Front Gate. Guests should know that these passes do come with any of the perks of the Universal Orlando Resort annual passes.

Military members and their families can take their Universal Orlando vacation with two package options: the Military Create Your Own Vacation Package or The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Exclusive Military Vacation Package. Both packages come complete with the Military Freedom Pass, allowing guests to visit all year long (limited blockout dates apply).

The customizable Military Create Your Own Vacation Package includes:

  • Hotel Accommodations at one of the magnificent Universal Orlando hotels or other participating hotels
  • 3-Park Military “Freedom Pass” Ticket to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Volcano Bay on the same day
  • Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Universal Volcano Bay up to one hour before they open to the general public

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Exclusive Military Vacation Package includes:

  • Hotel Accommodations
  • 2-Park Military “Freedom Pass” Ticket to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure
  • Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter up to one hour before they open to the general public
  • Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Flight in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley featuring four flavors of the guest’s choosing.
  • Breakfast at the Leaky Cauldron in Universal Studios Florida (one per person)
  • Breakfast at the Three Broomsticks in Universal Islands of Adventure (one per person)
  • Special gifts, including one Honeydukes Cooler Tote and one Shutterbutton’s Photography Studio session in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley

This vacation package resembles the latest version of the Wizarding World vacation package for all guests rolled out in late September.

Military members and their families can enjoy exclusive theme park benefits like early park admission, complimentary transportation across the destination, and more by staying at a Universal Orlando Resort hotel.
