Marvel Rivals launched a little over two weeks ago, taking the gaming world by storm. Even my son dropped other games to play this one, and he really enjoys it.
The game launched with 33 characters, and developer NetEase has already said that more characters will be released over the next few months. Ultron seems to be one of those characters if the leak from RivalLeaks is true.
We don’t know when this character will appear, but they are guessing it will be the Season 1 update. According to Dexerto, that could be as soon as they indicate that developer comments seem to point to the current Season 0, lasting about a month. This means we could see more characters arrive next month. We don’t know if Ultron is set to be among them.
What is rumored about Ultron?
Again, this is all rumor, but here is what they think we will see with the character.
His difficulty rating is 2/5.
Ultron is said to be “a Strategist focused on healing his teammates, but also with a powerful primary weapon capable of dealing damage.” His weapon will be an Encephalo-Ray that has a burning energy beam.
He will be able to heal teammates without staying with them, so he can heal and still move around.
Ultron will have the following abilities:

“Dynamic Flight –Fly quickly in the direction of movement and then enter a free-flight mode.
Imperative: Patch –Command a giant drone to follow an ally, constantly healing allies in its radius, with additional healing for the designated ally.
Imperative: Firewall –Summon drones to grant bonus health to allies within range, centered on himself and the ally marked with Imperative: Patch.
Ultimate-Summon Ultron Drones to fire Encephalo-Rays, damaging enemies or healing allies.”
The character sounds pretty good. I know that the rumor is exciting a lot of players. But again, it is just a rumor so far. But we recently saw an ad that seemingly teased The Human Torch and The Thing as coming as well.
Nothing has been confirmed. But all these characters make a lot of sense!
