Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is performing exactly as we expected after its final “grand opening” three days ago. During previews, the attraction had many issues, such as shutdowns and evacuations. Three days in, the ride has been evacuated and then drained.

Yesterday the attraction did not open when the park did due to issues.

Before retheming, the ride system had clear issues. One would assume those would have been addressed before anything else. When those issues persisted after previews, Disney should have delayed the opening until the issues were completely fixed.
They likely didn’t do that because guests booked trips based on the opening date, and there would have been many complaints and cancellations.
Since the ride is not working and many will miss out due to delays, they will get complaints anyway.
Hopefully, Disney will get this thing working correctly. They could learn from this and ensure the Disneyland version has a smoother opening.
