Three New Star Wars Statues: Boushh, Ahsoka, Kenobi’s Purge Trooper

Gentle Giant has announced three new Star Wars collectibles are ready for pre-order. The statues and busts span from the time of the Disney+ Obi-Wan Kenobi series to Return of the Jedi. These include familiar faces and the newest variation of an Imperial trooper.

First up, we’ll get the Disney+ one out of the way. The all-black Purge Trooper is the latest update or revision to the Empire’s elite squad of soldiers trained to hunt down Jedi. The Purge Troopers have appeared in various media and would, I believe, eventually turn into the Death Troopers once the Jedi were all but extinct.

If you watched the Kenobi series, you’d know that this type of trooper showed up only a couple of times, and it wasn’t easy to make out the details of the armor. Well, now you can know all the ins and outs thanks to this 10″ tall statue. The $200 trooper will arrive in the fourth quarter and is limited to only 3,000 pieces.

Jedi beware! As seen in the new series Obi-Wan Kenobi on Disney+, the Purge Trooper is trained for one purpose: hunting Jedi! This 1/7 scale statue stands approximately 10 inches tall and depicts a black-and-red-armored Purge Trooper marching with his blaster at the ready.

Next, we return to authentic Star Wars with Princess Leia in disguise as the bounty hunter Boushh. Like the Purge Trooper, Boushh is 10″, $200, limited to 3,000 pieces, and will ship during the end of the year. She does come with interchangeable heads, so you can go with the iconic helmet and thermal detonator or unmasked Leia Organa holding the helmet.

Princess no more, Leia Organa goes undercover to rescue her true love in this all-new Star Wars statue by Gentle Giant Ltd. Disguised as Boushh, a bounty hunter, Leia holds a electro-shock lance and features an interchangeable head so she can wear or hold her helmet, and if you change out her right arm she’s holding a thermal detonator!

Finally, we return to a time before the Original Trilogy with fan-favorite Ahsoka Tano. This mini-bust shows us the former Jedi as she appeared at the end of Star Wars: Rebels. Staff in hand and a Convor perched on her shoulder, the Gray Jedi looks on to the future. The bust is $129.99 and has the same release window and edition size as the other pieces mentioned above.

The Togruta returns! As seen in Star Wars: Rebels, Ahsoka Tano appears, dressed in a tan robe and holding a staff with a Convor on her shoulder.
