The Orlando International Airport Just Put Up A ‘Stranger Things’ Post and Phone Number

It seems that the MCO (Orlando International Airport) is also getting in on the “Stranger Things” season 5 action.  Today, they posted that flights to Hawkins, Indiana, were canceled due to “conditions” and gave a phone number to call.

This is not the first time we have seen this phone number. It was also on Eleven’s (Jane Hopper’s) missing teen poster shown in season 5.

What happens when you call the number?

If you call the number, you are connected to the “Hawkins Police Department,” and you will hear this pre-recorded message.

“Thank you for contacting the Hawkins Police Department.

After the recent 7.4 magnatude earthquake, Hawkins is currently under lockdown to ensure the safety of our residents.

The Hawkins Emergency Task Force is working with the Hawkins PD to track down missing persons, of which Jane Hopper is a priority. We urge you the responsible citizens of Hawkins to assist us in our search to locate her.”

I have to admit it’s fun to see the MCO getting in on the “Stranger Things” action!

“Stranger Things” Season 5 is on Netflix right now, and if you haven’t watched it, you should–especially the end of Episode 4 (IYKYK).
