Just FYI if you are heading to the Magic Kingdom in the near future, The Haunted Mansion is down and could be down for a few days.
According to WDWNT, the ride went down last night and guests had to be evacuated from the attraction, I admit I’m a bit jealous because I would love to see it with lights on.
Then today it never opened. WDWNT talked to Cast Members and Guest Relations and they told them it might be awhile till it comes back up.
“We spoke to Cast Members at the location this morning who informed us that the attraction went down last night and hasn’t been running since. The outlook seemed “grim”, they said, but upon talking to Guest Relations, the closure might take longer than we think. Guest Relations Cast Members stated that the closure would last a total of three days, although that all depends on how quickly ride maintenance crews can get the ride back up and running.”
If you were hoping to ride the attraction it isn’t looking promising at least not in the next 2-3 days.
