Step-by-Step Guide: Submit Your runDisney Virtual Race Results

By Ivy Adams / July 29, 2025 / 2 minutes of reading

“Learn how to easily log your race time for runDisney virtual events, access your virtual goodie bag, and print certificates. Follow these simple steps for stress-free submissions.”

Hello fellow runDisney fans. A question that we get a lot is from those who want to log their running time for a runDisney virtual event.

Step 1: Accessing Your runDisney Account

It is incredibly simple to do this.

First, if you search “runDisney” on Google, the login link will appear at the top of your screen.

From this point you will be able to access your runDisney account.

This link will also take you to the page you need to log into your account and record your race information.

Step 2: Logging Your Virtual Race Results

Once on the page you will have access to your “virtual goodie” bag to print out your racing bib if you want to.

To access your current races there is a section called “Upcoming Events”

Click on the image of the race you want to view or edit.

On the next page click “Edit registration.”

From this page you can add your run times.

Just click the arrow for a drop-down menu that will allow you to put the date you started the event, what time of day you started the event, and the completed time.

Then you submit.

Done.

Step 3: Printing Your Race Bib and Certificates

If you want to print a certificate or other printables you can also do that under “Event Assets.”

I hope this helps and I hope you enjoy participating in the runDisney virtual events.

Which upcoming runDisney event are you most excited about? Let us know in the comments!
