Spirit Halloween’s New Freddy Fazbear Animatronic Is Going to Be Very Popular This Year

Spirit Halloween is making headlines for its upcoming FNAF Freddy Fazbear animatronic.

Spirit Halloween is opening its flagship store in Egg Harbor Township, NJ on August 1, 2026. Other stores will open after that date.

One item many are looking forward to in 2026 is the Freddy Fazbear animatronic figure that will retail for $499 (plus tax). An optional background will also be available for purchase.

The figure has long been rumored, but now we have actual video and images of it in action.

This animatronic will be part of the line-up along with a new Xenomorph figure.

The features fans are excited about

So what does five hundred bucks actually get you? Quite a bit, if the leaks and previews are accurate. Freddy is a life-sized figure with the kind of heavy detail and sculpting you’d expect from Spirit’s top premium tier.

The standout feature: Freddy’s eyes reportedly light up and pulse in rhythm with the “Toreador March,” the eerie little music-box tune longtime fans will instantly recognize from the games. Leaked audio also reportedly includes that signature melody along with a possible Freddy laugh.

About that $499 price tag

Let’s talk money, because the price did climb a bit. Early estimates had Freddy pegged closer to $399.99, but the confirmed retail price came in at $499.99. The bump is reportedly tied to tariff impacts on the 2026 production cycle, a factor that’s affected several premium animatronics across the industry this year.

That lands Freddy at the very top of Spirit Halloween’s premium animatronic range (typically $350 to $500+). It’s a real investment, no doubt about it. B
