Last night we shared that the Matsuriza Taiko Drummers were returning to EPCOT for the 50th Anniversary celebration and now we have news about more acts returning!
Back in March 2020, when the parks announced their closure, several acts, some there for many years, were let go. When the parks reopened in July they did not return. Now, about a year and a half later, many of those acts are returning!
Italy
Sergio the Italian Juggler now has show times listed beginning on October 1 at 1:35 PM, 2:35 PM.
“As you stroll the charming piazza at the Italy Pavilion, stop and enjoy the antics and impressive skills of our resident juggler. Cheer loud enough and he may invite you to become part of the act!”
Alberta Bound is also returning to the Mill Stage in the Canada Pavilion.
They posted an announcement that the show will return on October 1 on their Facebook page.

So far those have been the announcements I have seen. I haven’t seen anything yet about the Serveur Amusant group in the France pavilion or the Jeweled Dragon Acrobats in the China pavilion. Nothing on the British Revolution band either. Some groups may have simply moved on and it’s possible Disney will hire new ones. It’s been a year and a half, so I can’t think everyone was simply waiting.
