Rumor: ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Trailer To Release At CinemaCon But Not Online

It’s no secret that Spider-Man fans want a trailer for the upcoming ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ film and they aren’t happy about not getting it.  When Ghostbusters: Afterlife got a trailer recently the fans demanded Sony release a Spider-Man trailer as well.

Now there is a rumor that some people may get to see a ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ trailer but only if they are attending CinemaCon in Las Vegas.

The rumor comes from @DanielRPK but I saw it via @Spideysnews

CinemaCon was the event that Disney was supposed to do a stage presentation at but then said the Delta Variant made it too dangerous for their executives so they would only attend virtually.  Never mind that the event is being run by NATO (National Association of Theatre Owners) and they called Disney out over Black Widow.

Many expect that it will be released online, if for no other reason than someone will leak it and Sony will be forced to officially release it.

Sony may just decide to release it by then and say that that was their intention all along. We’ve seen it before.

Either way Twitter has thoughts:

Right now it’s just a rumor, but if was indeed the plan it wasn’t going to work for many reasons. If there is a trailer ready just release it.  The fans are really getting tired of waiting and they will not hesitate to let Sony know.

What do you think? Comment and let us know!
