We talk to a lot of people in and around Disney and someone has reached out to let us know that they are hearing there might not be pin trading for awhile at Disney parks and shopping districts. At least not between cast members and guests.
It makes sense as they are trying to avoid contact as much as possible and they want to keep social distancing in place. When Disney Springs reopens, and likely when the parks reopen, pin trading will likely be suspended for awhile. But hopefully it’s not a permanent thing.
There are a lot of people who enjoy pin trading, but it doesn’t seem as prevalent as it used to be. Sometimes I think it ties up Cast Members. I’m hoping if it is temporarily suspended it does come back at some point. Our family always participates and my kids and husband like to do it.
Of course right now it’s a rumor, but it makes sense. We will see when things open back up.
What do you think? Comment and let us know!
