Disney is headed back into production for the live-action “Tangled” film. Cast members have been announced, and sets are currently being built, including a replica of Rapunzel’s tower.
No, the film was not cancelled as many think. It was shelved, and then put back into production last year after the live-action “Lilo & Stitch” performed so well at the box office.

According to Antoine_F2 this is being built in Spain and it will be filmed in Valdegovía.
Filming is reported to start in August.

- Teagan Croft as Rapunzel
- Milo Manheim as Flynn Ride
- Kathryn Hahn as Mother Gothel
- Diego Luna – undisclosed role
Fans campaigned for Kathryn Hahn to be cast as Mother Gothel. She really is the perfect actress to play the part.
It is being directed by The Greatest Showman director Michael Gracey and written by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson.
