Walt Disney Imagineering has announced that the Rapunzel figurehead has been attached onto the upcoming Disney Cruise Line ship the Disney Wish.

“Recently, our WDI team in Germany completed a very exciting milestone – the installation of Rapunzel onto the stern of the #DisneyWish! The entire figure is over 30 feet wide, with Rapunzel herself being 9 feet tall – big enough to wear a US women’s sized 22 shoe! After two years of design and fabrication work with a team spread across 3 different time zones, we are all so thrilled to see Rapunzel adorning the stern of the ship where she and her side kick, Pascal, will welcome our Guests for many years to come! We can’t wait for the world to see her!”
She is as big as her tower at over 30 feet wide and just her character being 9 feet tall! Even then she looks tiny on the ship!
The Disney Wish will set sail soon with cruises beginning on July 14, 2022.
