“Prep & Landing” is returning with a new holiday special 14 years since their last special “Naughty vs Nice.”
I can’t believe it’s been that long since the last one! My kids were young!
The new special will be called “Prep & Landing: Snowball Protocol”
It will air on Thanksgiving, November 27, at 7 PM EST/PST on the Disney Channel and will be available on Disney+ the next day. ABC and Freeform will also carry the special later on this year.
“Prep & Landing: The Snowball Protocol” follows Christmas elves Lanny and Wayne when their holiday missions go awry, leaving Wayne convinced he’s in major trouble with Santa and accidentally revealing other merry mishaps. Magee, the North Pole Christmas Eve Command Center coordinator and lover of eggnog lattes, brings along Nog to the office, who kicks off the endless hijinks.”

New and original voice actors set for the show
Dave Foley will return as Wayne, while Derek Richardson will return as Lanny. Maggee voice actress Sarah Chalke ill also return.
Manny Jacinto joins the cast at Renato a massage therapist and holistic healer; Dulcé Sloan as Janice a North Pole Post Office clerk; Danny Pudi as Chef Geoff, the master chef of the Fruitcake Factory; and Christopher Swindle as The Big Guy / Santa.
This will be the fourth “Prep & Landing” special.
The first special was released in 2009 and introduced us to Wayne and Lanny and the “Prep & Landing” department.
In 2010, the second special was released, “Prep & Landing: Operation: Secret Santa” where Wayne and Lanny help Mrs. Claus on a secret retrieval mission.
2011 was the last year for the specials with “Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice”. In this special, Wayne’s brother Noel shows up, and a child tries to hack the naughty and nice list.
My kids adored these specials. Disney has made “Prep & Landing” part of their nighttime projection show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios during the holidays–called “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” . It was available to everyone but now it’s paywalled during the Jollywood Nights event.
