I’m from Pennsylvania, and here, Peeps and Easter are like peanut butter and jelly. They are a staple of the holiday season, but this year they decided to be less muggle and more wizard with new Harry Potter Butterbeer flavored chicks.
Peeps have come in various flavors over the years. Each holiday gets some unique flavors of the marshmallow creatures. In 2026, you don’t need to go to Hogsmeade for Butterbeer, just your local store.
These are exclusive to Walmart.

There are 10 chicks in the package. You can eat the whole package for 270 calories.
The flavor profile is butterscotch with a hint of shortbread. It tastes more like butterscotch to me. The Universal theme park Butterbeer does taste different. That being said, they are good, especially if you like butterscotch flavoring.
Other “bold” flavors of Peeps for Spring 2026 include,
