Orange County, Florida lets COVID19 State of Emergency Expire

Orange County, Florida’s mayor, Jerry Demings, allowed the Orange County State of Emergency to expire today as of 3:04pm this afternoon according to wesh.com.

The Orange County Government ‘s website states the following: “As of Wednesday, October 27 2021, the Florida Department of Health is reporting that Orange County’s 14 day rolling positivity rate is 3.51%.”

What this means for the theme parks is unknown. As of now, Walt Disney World requires guests to wear a face covering while indoor whereas Universal Orlando and SeaWorld only strongly encourage the use of face coverings while indoors.
