Yo! You collect Funko Pops! vinyl figures? You like your stuff to have glitter all over? My kid does. Ken? All covered in glitter. Barbie? Same fate. All the He-Man toys and seven different Elsa dolls? Yup, they took a bath in glitter.
So, what’s the perfect solution? Guy a figure that’s already covered in sparkly glitter! Funko, Disney, and Entertainment Earth have us covered. They’re joining forces to release a ukulele-playing Stitch Pop! who is covered in blue, cyan, and magenta glitter in August.

Expand your ohana with Disney’s most adorable blue alien! From the 2002 animated sci-fi comedy film Lilo & Stitch, Experiment 626 is doing a little experimenting of his own, testing his musical abilities. Shining brighter than a popstar, this Lilo & Stitch Stitch with Ukulele Diamond Glitter Pop! Vinyl Figure – Entertainment Earth Exclusive features Stitch decked out with diamond glitter deco, strumming away on his ukulele. Measuring about 3 3/4-inches tall, he comes packaged in a window display box. Don’t miss out on adding this dazzling Entertainment Earth Exclusive to your Disney Funko collection!
While this is listed as a “limited edition” figure, there’s no information about just how large the run will be. A few hundred? A few thousand? No clue. What we do know is Stitch won’t be breaking the bank when he comes out in August. This exclusive Pop will only be $14.99 and can be pre-ordered here.
I think it’s fair to say that Lilo & Stitch was Disney’s last great traditionally animated movie. It took a weird premise and made an endearing family story. The film also featured character designs that you’d not expect to come out of the Mouse’s animation house.
This was, of course, before everyone was so obsessed with such things. Ah, the good old days when artists could be artists without having to appease online weirdos with checkmarks next to their names.
