If you are looking for something new and different to do on your next Walt Disney World vacation consider visiting the Riviera Resort to take this new hands-on workshop presented by The Ganachery.
The Ganachery, the specialty chocolate shop in Disney Springs will be teaching participants how to “property taste chocolate and observe a demonstration on how ganache is made and create their very own chocolate truffle pops.”
Wait, there a correct way to taste chocolate? What have I been missing?
Starting in March guests can schedule this workshop on Sundays at 11AM at Disney’s Riviera Resort.
Classes cost $60 per person (plus tax.)
If you would like to learn how make ganache, chocolate truffle pops and how to properly taste chocolate you can reserve this class via your favorite travel agency or by calling 407-WDW-PLAY.
For me, after I learned how to properly taste the chocolate I would of course have to practice by trying more chocolate afterwards.
