New Rumor Indicates Pedro Pascal Could Play Reed Richards In Fantastic Four Film

There is a new rumor coming from The Hollywood Reporter that indicates actor Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us / The Mandalorian) is in talks to play Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic) in the upcoming Fantastic Four film from Marvel.

According to THR his casting may be dependent on scheduling.

Previously, Reed Richards was played by Ioan Gruffudd in 2005 and 2007 films, Miles Teller in the 2015 film, and John Krasinski played the character in the 2022 “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.”

Personally, I don’t think Pedro Pascal is a good fit for this character at all. But Marvel keeps making decisions that I find questionable in general so this wouldn’t surprise me at all.
