Monstropolis Constructions Begins in 2025 But Disney Will Not Say Where They Are Putting It.

Earlier this year, the Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, Josh D’Amaro, announced that Disney plans to add a Monstropolis to Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World. Immediately, fans questioned where the attraction was being added. The location was not announced then, but concept art showed it being located either at the Launch Bay area or in the Muppets area of the park.

Fans asked where the new Monsters Inc. area was going but were not answered. Many are concerned that they will replace the Muppets area with this new IP. Meanwhile, the Launch Bay isn’t very popular, and many hope it goes there.

Today, D’Amaro told guests at D23 Brazil that construction would begin in 2025. However, they still refuse to answer the question of WHERE they are putting this attraction.
