Mattel has finally released images of the upcoming Skullector doll based on Shorty from “Killer Klowns From Outer Space”.
The doll will be released on Friday, May 15, on both MattelCreations.com and Amazon, starting at 9 AM PST / Noon EST.
I like this better than the earlier image people were circulating, which was clearly not the official doll.
I am loving the balloon shoes, popcorn belt, and “hair tie”. The ray gun and cherry earrings are also a fun touch.

Even her hand mold is done to be short and stubby instead of the long and slender fingers Monster High dolls are known for.
My only complaint is that I wish we got more Manster dolls, especially when they are based on male characters.
The box is pretty cool as well (Thanks to Cleosnilez on Instagram)

She is going to be around $70-$72, I think.
Here is the write-up:
“Warning: this Monster High Skullector doll’s kreepy kute style might knock your block off! And not just because Shorty comes with boxing gloves…
In celebration of the 1988 cult classic horror film Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Shorty doll exudes wacky circus energy in a yellow jumpsuit with balloon animal shoes!
Shorty’s faboolous face is framed by long green pigtails and a gravity-defying tuft of hair. Popcorn and cherry garnish earrings add to the kampy fun.
Aliens get thirsty, too, so Shorty doll comes with a bright pink cotton candy drink with the kutest customized swirly straw. Just don’t ask about the drink’s contents…Red boxing gloves are also included, in case anyone wants to challenge Shorty to a match! Just watch out, because this klown has quite the right hook.
With out-of-this-world packaging and a doll stand for diabolical displays, the Killer Klowns from Outer Space x Monster High Skullector doll makes a perfect kreepsake for fans of the film.”
