We finally got a look at the 2026 San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) Monster High exclusive doll, which is Ghouls Rule Lagoona Blue.
The original Ghouls Rule line was from 2012
Five dolls were featured, including Draculaura, Frankie Stein, Clawdeen Wolf, Cleo de Nile, and a Walmart Exclusive Abbey Bominable.
As with past years, Mattel is making a doll for an old line that was never released back in the day.

She has the mask as the other dolls did. I love that they are using the anglerfish for her mask, including fish bones for her accent piece and belt.
The theme is carried over into her anglerfish boots.
I love that her fins are made to stick out of the back of the boots.
I don’t have a price on her yet.
