If you are headed to Walt Disney World in the near future, keep in mind that there will be some work done on the Monorail beams by Epcot.
The work will begin on January 13th and will take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. So the operation times will be changed that the Monorail will not open until 10AM instead of it’s normal 8AM opening time.
At this time we don’t know how long this change will last or if any other changes to the schedule will be made down the road.
Just keep that in mind if you need to use the monorail during those three days. I’m not sure if Disney will offer more buses on the Monorail routes affected by the work. But with Epcot’s Festival of the Arts and the new films opening in the park, starting on January 17th, I’m not sure this was the best time to start.
