Mickey and Minnie gingerbread cookie plush land at Disney Store

Disney Store’s new 12-inch Mickey and Minnie gingerbread cookie plush cost $39.99 each and come covered in metallic “sugar” flecks instead of crumbs.

Mickey and Minnie are cookies now. Very soft, very huggable, $40 cookies.

Disney Store has two new holiday plush, the Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Cookie Plush and the Minnie Mouse Gingerbread Cookie Plush, MickeyBlog reported Saturday, Nov. 7. Each one is $39.99 on DisneyStore.com, so the matching pair runs $79.98 before tax and shipping.

Both measure about 12 inches tall, 9 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches deep, according to Disney’s listings. So they’re flat like a real gingerbread cookie, just a lot bigger than anything that fits on a baking sheet.

Disney went heavy on the decorating. Each plush is soft velour with satin trim appliques, embroidered “frosting” and allover metallic “sugar” flecks. Mickey wears a red outfit and has swirled gingerbread ears. Minnie gets a red-and-green outfit and a pink polka-dot bow.

Disney’s listings call them stocking stuffers. At a foot tall, you’re going to need a bigger stocking.

How much are the Mickey and Minnie gingerbread plush?

Here’s what Disney Store lists:

  • Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Cookie Plush, 12 inches: $39.99

  • Minnie Mouse Gingerbread Cookie Plush, 12 inches: $39.99

They’re sold separately, and each listing points to the other as its match. Both belong to Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Family Christmas Collection.

MickeyBlog said the pair is available online now. It didn’t mention a release in the parks or at Disney Store’s mall locations.

What else is in Disney Store’s gingerbread lineup this year?

The cookie plush aren’t the only gingerbread pieces on the site this season:

  • Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Headband Plush, mini 3 1/2 inches: $13.99. It’s a foam-filled mini plush with a self-stick strap that wraps around a headband, MickeyBlog reported Oct. 5.

  • Santa Mickey and Minnie Mouse Gingerbread House Glass Ornament: $29.99. It arrived in a September wave of Disney Store ornaments that Laughing Place said ranged from $24.99 to $34.99.

Over at Disney World, the Toy Story gingerbread house popcorn bucket debuted Nov. 6, so Woody and Buzz are in the gingerbread business, too.

What is the Mickey Mouse and Family Christmas Collection?

It’s Disney’s big character holiday line for 2026. The collection launched on DisneyStore.com on Sept. 14, with pieces heading to Disney parks as well, Disney Parks Blog said.

Beyond the cookies, it includes 2026 Nutcracker Mickey and Minnie plush with the year embroidered on the left foot, a Lionel train set, a Duckalooz rubber duck set, stockings, a Tinker Bell light-up tree topper and a reversible Fantasyland Castle tree skirt.

There are matching pajamas for adults, kids and babies, too. Because of course there are.

Has Disney Store sold gingerbread Mickey before?

Yes, and the price of a gingerbread Mickey to hug hasn’t budged.

  • 2024: The Disney Eats Gingerbread collection had a Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Cookie Pillow for $39.99, the same price as this year’s plush. It also had a Loungefly mini backpack for $89 and a Spirit Jersey for $79.99, MickeyBlog reported.

  • 2025: Disney Store added gingerbread and plaid styles, including a Mickey Mouse and Friends Gingerbread Spirit Jersey for $84.99 and a BaubleBar Minnie gingerbread ear headband for $39.99, WDWNT reported.

Gingerbread Mickey is a holiday regular at this point. This year he just brought extra sparkle.

How do I buy the gingerbread plush?

Both are on DisneyStore.com. Searching the full product names is the quickest way to find them.

Holiday plush can go fast. If a listing shows sold out or backorder when you check, Disney’s site lets you sign up for an email alert when it’s back.

And if you’re buying for a kid who might try to take a bite, good news. These ones won’t crumble.
