I have good news and bad news! The good news is that McDonald’s will be releasing their popular Halloween “Boo Buckets” later this month with two new designs. The bad news is that they still have the cheap handles and no lids.
What are the Boo Bucket Designs for 2025?
This year, the classic Goblin (Witch), Ghost, and Pumpkin are returning. McDonald’s will also be releasing two new designs, including a cat and a zombie.
I love the two new buckets, but the lack of lids is disappointing.
In previous years, the handles even resembled the lid, but now it’s just a general Golden Arches handle.
When will Boo Buckets be released?
For 2025, they are not releasing them until October 21. So you only get 11 days to get one before Halloween is over.
Like always, the new buckets are available with the purchase of a Happy Meal, and only while supplies last. I have to wonder if they are producing fewer of them this year because the release date is later. In 2023, it was October 17, and in 2024, it was October 15.
