It’s just a matter of time before the film hits the $1 billion mark. Given the popularity and momentum of Deadpool & Wolverine, it will be soon. Some estimate that it could happen within the next week.

“Deadpool & Wolverine” has already surpassed the box office totals for both the first and second films. “Deadpool” made $728.6 million worldwide, while the second “Deadpool” film did $734 million worldwide.

It would be amazing if “Deadpool & Wolverine” made more than the two films combined (about $1.46 billion.)

We will have to see if it can go that far. After just two weeks, it’s already more than half way there.
