A new video has surfaced showing a man jumping off of a bridge in the World Showcase, near the Italy pavilion in EPCOT, allegedly over a bet.
The video was posted on @disfamilyadventures and has been viewed over 114k times.

It seems the man was allegedly bet $6,000 to jump into the water.
The man asks the crowd, “How deep is that water?”
The crowd wasn’t having it, with many telling him not to jump in. One person even yells, “You’re going to get kicked out of Disney!”
He jumps in, and another person says, “He’s going to get kicked out!” Then the woman who told him he would get kicked out first says, “I just said that.” Then continues at the man, “You are going to get kicked out of Disney, Mister. Yeah, you’re definitely going to get kicked out.”
The man swims over to a prop boat and climbs up on it to get out of the water.
Then he climbs back up the steps and puts his arms up to receive some cheers from the crowd. But most people weren’t having it and tried to warn him not to do it.

He was at least followed by Cast Members afterward
Another TikTok user @gkap10422 has a video of him climbing out of the water from another angle and then later shows Cast Members and Walt Disney World security coming up behind him and asking the crowd which man was the one.

Do not do this. There are several reasons it’s unsafe aside from the issue of hitting your head on the way down. You don’t know what is under the water and what kinds of things you could connect with. Then there are other dangers in Florida waters with alligators and parasites.
Just don’t even attempt it. Not to mention that you have to be covered in that nasty water all day. I’m sure people pee in it and throw up in it too, especially at EPCOT.
