A Washington D.C. man learned what happens at Disney parks doesn’t stay at Disney parks after he was arrested for exposing himself and peeing on a pedestrian bridge near Disney Springs last August.
According to WDWNT, the 31-year-old man was caught urinating on a bridge between Disney Springs and the employee parking area, according to an Orange County Sheriff’s Office report.
What happened?
On August 20, 2025, a Cast Member was walking to her car in the late afternoon when she witnessed the man peeing on the bridge wall with his shorts pulled down and penis out.
The report said,
“(The cast member) observed a male urinating along the wall of the bridge with his penis exposed. (The cast member) stated the front of the male’s shorts were pulled down, and she clearly observed . . . the male’s penis to be exposed.”
He was arrested by an off-duty officer, but no surveillance footage of the incident was available to prove that it happened. However, he did receive an “indefinite trespass” from the Walt Disney World property.
Although he was arrested, he has not been criminally charged as the state attorney’s office did not feel the case was “suitable for prosecution.”
Peeing is a problem at Walt Disney World
I can not tell you how many times I have seen parents just let their children drop their pants and pee on stuff at the parks. Restrooms are usually nearby most locations.
One of the most recent incidents was getting off the bus at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and an older woman (I’m assuming the grandmother) just let the small child pull his parts out and start peeing in the bushes as everyone disembarked from the bus behind them.
If you are worried your child can’t hold it till you get to the restrooms, put a pull-up on them.
Most cases of public urination at Disney Parks seem to involve children or drunk people. I have heard stories of long lines having piles of poop in the corner as well.
I joke with people that I wouldn’t sit on a lot of the rocks at EPCOT because I don’t know who peed on them.
