What’s better than spending your birthday at the Happiest Place on Earth? Apparently, for the Kardashians like many of us, spending your birthday at Disneyland is the way to go. True Thompson, Khloe’s daughter, turned four on April 12 and some of the family enjoyed a day at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.
However, during their visit, they angered some fellow park goers. Normally when celebrities go to the theme parks, they are accompanied by a VIP Tour Guide, or a plaid as they sometimes called, to assist them around the parks. They do pay a pretty penny for this exclusive service.
The Kardashians utilized the front of the line privileges that come with a VIP Tour Guide, and they jumped to the front of the line on the Mad Tea Party in Fantasyland. What actually angered guests was when the ride was closed completely to guests to allow the Kardashians to experience the attraction on their own. No other guests were permitted on the ride while the Kardashians were on it. This hindered the experience of park guests who had to wait in line watching a near empty attraction operate.

I’m on the fence with this one. On one hand, there are some celebrity obsessed people out there who may have rushed the family and ruined their experience. I have a heart for the kids, like True, who didn’t choose this lifestyle, but simply have famous parents. Also, having seen paparazzi in Los Angeles myself during a visit, I wouldn’t wish those constant flashes and intrusions on anyone, especially children.
On the other hand, is your vacation truly more important than all the other park goers simply because you are rich and famous?
Allegedly, it was Disney’s choice to have them ride alone on the popular attraction and not the Kardashians’.
The Kardashians had their new Hulu show premiere on April 14th which also airs on Disney+ in the UK. The show airs with new episodes on Thursdays.
What’s your opinion on this attraction closing fiasco? Let us know in the comments.
