Many people have been asking if Jimmy Kimmel is suing the Walt Disney Company, Sinclair, or Nexstar for suspending his late-night show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” over comments regarding the president and Charlie Kirk’s assasin.
At this point in time, no suit has been filed; however, Mr. Kimmel was reportedly seen near his attorney’s office in LA.

According to the New York Post,
“The “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” host, 57, was spotted in his sleek black Audi S8, wearing shades and flashing the sinister smile as he arrived at a Century City complex that houses several law firms, according to photos snapped by The Post.
The comedian was meeting with his attorney, Karl Austen, a day after the network “indefinitely” yanked his longtime late-night show…”
Again, at this point in time no lawsuits have been filed. This of course, does not mean they won’t be filed at a later date. But the current rumors about an existing suit are false at this point in time.
Jimmy Kimmel’s show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” has been put on indefinite hiatus after comments he made during a monologue, which led to ABC affiliate owners Sinclair and Nexstar refusing to run his show.
