Universal Orlando will again celebrate the holidays starting November 22 and running through December 31, 2024. Most of their offerings are included in your theme park ticket, but there are a couple of optional extras you can purchase.
In park holiday offerings
Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Taking place across the Wizarding World of Harry Potter sections of the park at Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure.
Here, guests can experience twinkling lights, garlands, and holiday decor in the Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade sections of the park. Hot Butterbeer and holiday-themed performances by The Frog Choir will be performed. In Diagon Alley guests can watch Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees perform.
“The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle”
In the evening guests can once again experience “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle” projection show “highlighting Christmas moments and holiday cheer inspired by the cherished characters and stories from the “Harry Potter” films.”
Grinchmas at Universal Islands of Adventure
Seuss Landing will be decked out in holiday decorations and appearances of Who town folk will appear. The Grinch will also be available for photos.
Guests can also watch the “Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular” stage show featuring the live retelling of the classic Dr. Seuss story “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”
Suess Landing
Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s at Universal Studios Florida
This is always so cool.
The parade features characters from Despicable Me, Shrek and Madagascar in a special holiday parade that features floats and large balloons.
Santa Claus also makes an appearance.
Tribute Store
The Tribute Store will be transformed into a holiday oasis featuring food, drinks, and special merchandise
Holiday Nutcracker Hunt
New this year is the Holiday Nutcracker Hunt, a scavenger hunt at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal CityWalk!

The Universal Holiday Tour
Guests are given a guided tour through the holiday offerings across Universal Orlando including,
-An exclusive meet and greet with the Grinch and his faithful dog Max;
-Small plates, delectable desserts and non-alcoholic beverages in Universal Studios Florida;
-Reserved seating at the “Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular” in Universal Islands of Adventure;
-An exclusive meet and greet photo opportunity with Santa Claus in Universal Studios Florida;
-An after hours showing of “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle;”
-Priority access to Universal Studios Florida’s newest attraction, Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast (subject to change and based on availability).
This tour will be available on select dates starting November 25 and running through December 29, 2024.
Pricing starts at $79.99 per person (plus tax). This is in addition to theme park admission, which requires a park-to-park ticket.
Of course, passholders will get a $10 discount per Passholder with a valid Annual or Seasonal Pass.

The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast at Universal Islands of Adventure-
This plated breakfast happens in the Circus McGurkus Café Stoo-pendous in Universal Islands of Adventure. Guests can interact with the Grinch and other Seuss Landing characters.
The event will run on select dates from November 22 – December 30, 2024. Reservations are required.
The price is $58.99 + tax per adult and $32.99 + tax per child (ages 3-9). Premier and Preferred Passholders can get 20% off by calling (407)-224-7554 or purchasing in-person at the Front Gate or at Guest Services locations.

Resort Hotels and Universal CityWalk
The resort hotels will also be decorated for the holidays.
Guests visiting Universal CityWalk can experience special entertainment and menu offerings at select locations including:
-The Green & Red Coconut Club at Red Coconut Club, where guests can enjoy live entertainment and themed holiday cocktails
-A festive meet and greet with fan-favorite Earl the Squirrel during select dates from November 29 – December 28 at CityWalk Plaza
-Assorted seasonal food and beverage at Bigfire and VIVO Italian Kitchen, and a seasonal milkshake at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Savory Feast Kitchen.
