There is a big problem plaguing Walt Disney World and Disneyland, and that problem is guest destruction. The latest victim of abuse seems to be the Muppet Lab prop table that was on display in the Odyssey for the Brewing Lab at EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival.
It seems that the table has been removed, and reports indicate that guests trashed it.
The table was located behind tape meant to indicate it was off limits. However, this did not stop guests, mostly children, from destroying the piece.
They already took away the prop table at the Muppets Lab because guests ripped it up? Holy crap. pic.twitter.com/6Hn6NSbfac

I have seen this time and time again. Usually parents are on their phones not paying attention to their children. I have also seen several parents watch as their kids destroy things, go into off- limits areas, climb on objects they aren’t supposed to climb on, and just laugh about it like it’s acceptable behavior.
It isn’t.
If their child gets hurt the parents will blame Disney when they are actually at fault for not keeping their children out of areas or off of railings or rocks.
Previously damage was done to the El Capitoon Theater in Disneyland’s Toon Town area.
In the same Toon Town area special barriers had to be put up to stop climbing.
I don’t think these rocks were accessible before; and yeah they look temping to climb, so in comes the barrier 😕 pic.twitter.com/gJPHxEyC0w

Many attractions have torn up wallpaper, murals, etc. As guests come through they rip it up.
It’s an ongoing issue.
If you are visiting the parks DO NOT destroy the queue for attractions, climb up on the rocks or railings, or any participate in any behavior that defaces the attraction for others. Parents watch your children and DO NOT allow them to behave in an unsafe or destructive manner. Your children are not any more special than any other guest at the parks. The behavior isn’t cute and the destruction takes away from everyone else.
