Guest Sticks Feet In Water On Splash Mountain

On Splash Mountain at Walt Disney World in Florida, a guest decided to break one of the most important rules on any ride; “Keep your hands, arms, feet and legs inside the ride vehicle at all items”. But be it for internet clout, or just pure idiocy, the guest decided to wet their feet in the waters of the ride.

TitTok user @mitchgar2 decided that they wanted to wet their feet while riding on Splash Mountain. Saying “Dogs got a little rowdy on splash mountain” and posted the video on their account (with loud and annoying sound effects added):

This is another example of guests thinking they can do what they want without consequence. Last month some guests forcefully exited the Haunted Mansion while the ride was in motion. Thankfully nobody was hurt. But this shows the utter lack of following the rules for their own safety.

One of the major reasons why a guest should never sick their limbs out of a moving vehicle is obviously the risk of serious injury. Be it scraping it, breaking it or even the risk of loosing it.

Guests caught violating such rules will most likely be thrown out and/or banned for life. Sometimes the authorities may be called to either escort them out or even arrest them, depending on the severity of the violation. Disney can’t afford any “accidents” at their parks right now.

This video also shows the dangerous trend of people doing outlandishly irresponsible acts just for internet clicks and views. The “TikTok crowd” especially have been known to attempt some pretty dangerous stunts in the past.

Thankfully most guests are aware of the safety rules and do not tend to violate them. Hopefully this was only a one time occurrence and more guests will be aware not to attempt something like this.
