It appears that a woman has fallen out of one of the ferryboats into the Seven Seas Lagoon at Walt Disney World
The ferry boats ferry guests to and from the Transportation and Ticket Center or select resorts to the Magic Kingdom park.
Social media was quick to begin talking about the incident. Starting with iThemePark:
A park guest just fell from the window of the Ferry Boat into Seven Sea Lagoon. @WaltDisneyWorld

Which led to people on the ferry boat posting:
I was on the top deck of the boat. She definitely came off at the top. Response time awful. If she was a poor swimmer she’d be dead. Take the monorail folks.

I was on the boat when this happened. She fell off the top deck and was rescued by a rescue boat. She was about 300 yards from the ferry when she was rescued.

Multiple people mentioned the slow response time for her rescue including the iThemePark account on Facebook.
It also isn’t clear where she fell from or if she accidentally fell or jumped.
The Orlando Park Zone reported on the situation as well and they received an interesting comment to their article from Aidan Slobodian:
At the time of this article no statement has been issued by Disney. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.

“She did not fall, she jumped willingly off the railing. She sat on the railing and it looked as if though she was going to stay there, but she pushed herself off the railing into the water below. She was not pushed, since there was no one around to do so, and i was around 5-6 feet away when the incident occurred.”
The Orlando Park Zone also posted this video from Russ Booth showing the guest being rescued.
