Gina Carano’s character of Cara Dune isn’t cancelled from all the upcoming Star Wars and Disney+ Mandalorian toys after all. It seems that she is showing up in an an upcoming LEGO set coming out this summer.
According to BrickFanatics a Japanese consumer catalog has posted images of upcoming LEGO sets and Cara Dune is listed as being part of a Mandalorian Set #75315 that is based on Moff Gideon’s Cruiser ship.
Her character is reportedly one of six mini-figures included in the set which also includes: Din Djarin (Mando), Grogu (Baby Yoda), Moff Gideon, Fennec Shand and Darktrooper.

Other sets included in the summer releases include:
• (75310) Duel on Mandalore – Ahsoka Tano, Darth Maul
• (75311) Imperial Troop Transport – Greef Karga, Mortar Stormtrooper, Stormtrooper x2
• (75312) Slave I – Boba Fett, Din Djarin
• (75313) Ultimate Collector Series AT-AT
• (75314) The Bad Batch Shuttle – Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, Echo, Crosshair, GNK Power Droid
• (75316) Mandalorian Starfighter – Gar Saxon, Bo-Katan Kryze, Mandalorian Loyalist

Gina Carano was fired from the popular Star Wars: The Mandalorian series back in February due to a comment she made that some took offense to. I do want to point out similar comments using WWII references were made by other Mandalorian actors like Pedro Pascal, that also offended some people, were left unpunished.
Since her firing she had her episode on Running Wild cancelled and then later uncancelled and aired.
Toys featuring her character were reportedly going to be cancelled but just a couple of months ago people were finding Cara Dune toys in the stores with Mandalorian assortments. However, that could just be due to stores not getting previous stock out to the shelves until that time.

It is interesting that her character is once again popping up in an overseas catalog featuring upcoming Star Wars LEGO sets.
This could all be simply a matter of previously approved toys just cycling through to the market, but the demand for toys of Cara Dune has jumped considerably since February.
eBay has Black Series Cara Dune Figures fetching well over $100 each.

Now we just wait and see if the LEGO set changes before it’s release and if it doesn’t, how much will they end up fetching on third party sites like eBay?
