Good news! Gaston’s Tavern and Cinderella’s Royal Table will be reopening at Walt Disney World this month.
On September 4th Gaston’s Tavern will reopen in Fantasyland.
This is a great place to grab a cinnamon roll or try the famous LeFou’s Brew which is “Frozen Apple Juice with a hint of Toasted Marshmallow and topped with All-Natural Passion Fruit-Mango Foam.”
I’m glad it’s returning. I missed it.
September 24 brings us the reopening of Cinderella’s Royal Table, however there will not be character interactions when it reopens.
Here’s what the Walt Disney World website says:
“Beginning September 24, Guests can enjoy dining in the enchanted, fairytale setting of Cinderella’s Royal Table at Magic Kingdom Park. Enjoy a delicious regal banquet with unforgettable main courses ranging from roasted chicken breast and tenderloin of beef to chef’s fish of the day. The princesses will be taking a break from their royal duties greeting Guests, but there will be plenty of delicious fare and fun to be enjoyed in this beautiful, one-of-a-kind restaurant.
Character Dining is currently not available at this location.”
I have to wonder if the price will change since it’s not a character experience meal. Likely it won’t, but it should.
Reservations will be available for Cinderella’s Royal Table beginning on September 11th.
