Galactus Approves! ‘Fantastic Four’ Actor Loves the MCU Script!

More Fantastic Four news so soon? OK, this one at least has something to do with the MCU’s upcoming introduction of Marvel’s First Family. Honestly? It’s pretty positive stuff!

The Movie Dweeb (reported on by Superhero Hype) recently spoke on camera with Fantastic Four’s Ralph Ineson about his upcoming role as the unstoppable, planet-devouring Galactus. During the interview, Ineson praised the script, saying:

It’s great, and I’m not someone who knows all the lore of Marvel, but my son, he’s an expert. He’s 25, so he’s been schooling me for the last couple of months. It’s always this or this. No, this person’s not connected to this, so he’s been teaching me all that. And yeah, I mean, I loved it when I got the part, and I read the script, and I was like, that’s cool as fuck, and now the more I’ve understood about the universe and the way it all fits together. I’m like yeah, that’s really cool as fuck.

Ralph Ineson has a distinct voice, which will probably work well with the impossibly huge Galactus. Considering all we’ve seen of this celestial character in a previous movie was the outline of his iconic helmet, Ineson and Marvel have a pretty clean slate to work with.

The MCU has tackled beings of that magnitude before, but sadly, they were attached to the lackluster Eternals movie. With Disney appearing to want to change course and focus on quality over quantity, The Fantastic Four may be the movie that turns everything around.

We recently saw Disney revive its box office numbers with Inside Out 2, which just broke a 2024 record! The Fantastic Four may do that same thing for the Marvel brand in 2025.

What do you think about Ineson’s praise of the FF script? Let us know!
