If you use the FeulRod kiosks at Disney parks take note. They will no longer offer free swapping in the very near future.
The kiosks were added a couple of years ago and they allowed guest to purchase the battery charger with cord for $30 and then offered unlimited free swaps.
Now, guests will pay $3 per swap to get a charged up charger.

This or course is angering customers and one customer tweeted at them and it prompted a bit of an apology tweet from Walt Disney World Guest Services on Twitter.
I truly apologize for any disappointment with this recent change implemented in partnership with FuelRod. All Guests will be assessed this exchange fee. Please know complimentary charging around property is also an option, such as on buses or Mobile Charging Stations. -AJ

At this point you are better off purchasing other chargers. The appeal of this one was to be able to swap for a fresh one as needed, but they aren’t the best as far as chargers go. We have two, but I haven’t been that impressed and I’m going to look for a better solution.
