Five Below’s Halloween offers budget friendly decore including $7 moving books

August sees the return of Halloween merchandise at Five Below. This year they have some amazing budget-friendly decorating options that won’t break the bank, including moving books, pillows, skeletons, and more.

Five Below has new Halloween merchandise available online and in some stores.
