Three things I love are Halloween, Disney décor and hand made items that I can purchase to support small businesses and/or artisans. These pieces hit on all three!
While searching Etsy for Halloween items I stumbled upon and I am loving their pieces!

I think the trays would be cute with some black or clear crystals hanging from the top tier. They come as shown and you can decorate them up as you would like.
