Epic Universe will open in a couple of months. Ahead of this momentous occasion, Universal Orlando has released a look at some upcoming merchandise. The first look features merchandise from the “How To Train Your Dragon” Isle of Berk, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter’s Ministry of Magic attraction, Universal Monsters Dark Universe, and Mario and friends from Super Nintendo World.
Isle of Berk
Based on the popular “How To Train Your Dragon” IP.
This area is huge. It’s easily the size of two lands and will be amazing! The merchandise is just as amazing and what I’m looking forward to the most! Plus my daughter is going to flip over it.
The Loungefly bags are fantastic!
First up, we have some cute pillows, bags, a t-shirt, and plush based on various dragon characters from the films.
The Deadly Nadder is featured on the shirt. I love the 90s feel it has.
Also pictured is a Hideous Zippleback pillow. A Monstrous Nightmare drawstring bag.
This is a closer view of the plush that is held in crossbody eggs. Night Fury and Light Fury are shown. So the other eggs are still a mystery.
Here we have some great shirts based on the guardian figures leading into Berk and two amazing Loungefly bags. One features various dragons and one that is made to look like a Viking ship from the film.

That Toothless hoodie is the cutest thing ever! As is the bucket hat and headband!
I love the Loungefly bag and the light-up popcorn bucket…or is it a sipper based on the blue line (straw) on the head. Could it be both?
Dark Universe
The Dark Universe area will feature Universal Monsters like Frankenstein’s Monster, Dracula, and the Wolf Man, but it will also feature Victoria Frankenstein.
I love that the flaming windmill is featured with Frankenstein on the t-shirt.
We can also see some accessories featuring Victoria Frankenstein, Dracula, and the Wolf Man.
The theming continues into other apparel merchandise.
There seems to be a cute line as well.
Plus of The Mummy, The Wolf Man, and The Creature From the Black Lagoon are shown, as well as Bride of Frankenstein head band, character t-shirt and hats.
Ministry of Magic – Wizarding World of Harry Potter
The big attraction in the Harry Potter area is the Ministry of Magic. Here is some of the merchandise based on that attraction.
We can see an Auror jacket, hat, and T-shirt, as well as a bag, journal, and blanket or towel.
Super Nintendo World
The final area we will see merchandise for is based on Mario and friends from the Super Nintendo World area.
There is a brightly colored Mario shirt. Princess Peach and Luigi pillows that look like Club Mocchi Mocchi ones.
Drinkware featuring Toad, Donkey Kong, and Yoshi is also pictured.
There you have it. Some of the merchandise coming to the new Epic Universe theme park has been revealed!
